We are Active Youth Association (AJA), a youth-led organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development and social transformation within communities. We focus on empowering young people through education, awareness, and active participation, addressing critical challenges such as environmental degradation, limited access to education, and gaps in sexual and reproductive health knowledge.
Our work follows a comprehensive approach — from community assessment and engagement to program implementation and impact monitoring — ensuring consistency, accountability, and measurable outcomes at every stage. Each initiative is carried out with structured planning, inclusive participation, and a strong emphasis on building long-term solutions led by the youth themselves.
We operate across different community settings, delivering activities in environmental awareness, academic support, and health education. Through workshops, campaigns, and local initiatives, we equip young people — especially girls and vulnerable groups — with the tools and knowledge needed to make informed decisions and reduce risks such as early pregnancy and school dropout.
In addition, we develop community response initiatives and support systems that strengthen resilience and preparedness, ensuring that young people are not only informed but also capable of acting in the face of social and environmental challenges.
At AJA, we work side by side with communities, partners, and stakeholders who value responsibility, inclusion, and sustainable impact — delivering initiatives that empower youth, strengthen communities, and contribute to a more balanced and resilient future.
